Order Processing and Shipping
RCM makes every effort to process all incoming orders on
week days within 24 hours. During holidays or vacations, orders are usually
processed within one week, but might be longer on rare occasions. Unless
otherwise requested, orders are shipped by Parcel Post.
Return Policy
Any item ordered that does not meet the need of the
customer can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the
donation amount (which does not include the cost of shipping).
